Digital-access service

EONAPP provides browser-based AI, Vault, EON City, Market preview, and workflow tools. Paid plans use Dodo Payments hosted checkout and monthly subscription terms shown before confirmation. Entitlements activate, change or revoke only from signed server-side billing events; crypto payment and wallet fallback are not supported.

No financial, investment, legal, medical, or tax advice

EONAPP may include AI, Market preview, Research Lab, City, Realm, and business-assistant surfaces. These are informational, entertainment, and productivity tools only. They are not financial, investment, legal, medical, accounting, or tax advice. You are responsible for independent verification and professional advice before acting.

Commercial status

The only EONAPP subscription rail is the Dodo Payments hosted checkout opened from Billing. Do not pay through chat, wallet, token transfer, direct bank request, referral message or unofficial link. EONKEYS are non-transferable individual-feature unlocks, not cash, discounts, renewal credits or free subscription tiers. EONKEYS can arise from independently verified referral milestones or from an approved, provider-verified Sponsor Transmission, with the source recorded in the server ledger.

External AI and ad-supported free route

Signed-in free accounts in configured economic-pilot countries may explicitly choose EON Sponsored AI · Vexrail, an ad-supported server-routed AI option provided through Vexrail. Anonymous visitors cannot use Sponsored AI. Conversation context sent on that route may be processed for AI completion, contextual analytics and relevant sponsored recommendations under the applicable provider terms and privacy notices. EONAPP does not inject its local memory ledger, recent local activity projection or queued client-only research packet into the Sponsored AI prompt, and it applies a conservative detector for some obvious secrets and sensitive identifiers before upstream contact; neither control can guarantee that all sensitive information will be recognized. The route is labelled EON Sponsored AI · Vexrail; a particular answer may or may not contain a contextual sponsored recommendation. The upstream model is selected dynamically from Vexrail's currently available catalogue subject to EONAPP's verified economics and quality policy, so the model may change without changing the route. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data through that route. Recognized paid, trial and grace account sessions remain ad-free by default and are never routed to Vexrail automatically. They may explicitly choose EON Sponsored AI · Vexrail when the same configured pilot-country policy permits it; that voluntary sponsored-chat choice does not enable ordinary display advertising elsewhere. Paid Sponsored AI uses a separate fair-use ceiling, while request-count and token-weighted economic guards, provider availability, network controls and global safety controls also apply. A browser with no valid account session is denied Sponsored AI and may use Guide Mode, Local AI, BYOK or sign in. Local AI remains device-local, and BYOK credentials are sent only to the user-selected BYOK provider, never to Vexrail.

Advertising and voluntary Sponsor Transmissions

Free EONAPP may contain restrained standard sponsored placements on selected screens when the user has allowed them. Paid subscriptions are ad-free by default: ordinary display ads and automatic sponsored Vexrail responses are not shown. A paid user who explicitly selects EON Sponsored AI · Vexrail accepts contextual sponsored recommendations for that chat route only. This voluntary route remains subject to the same configured pilot-country policy and to separate paid hourly/daily fair-use, network, human-verification, country and global safety controls. Standard display ads do not grant EONKEYS, feature access, XP or any other reward for an impression or click.

A separate Sponsor Transmission may offer a non-cash, non-transferable Sponsor EONKEY to a free or paid signed-in account. Participation is voluntary and is not ordinary advertising; availability is not guaranteed; the exact reward, limit and expiry are disclosed before starting; and EONAPP grants the reward only after EONAPP's signed server session validates the required provider VAST completion sequence, timing, expiry and replay controls. Skipping, closing or declining a Sponsor Transmission does not remove normal product access or game progression. Fraud, replayed proofs, automated viewing or tampering may invalidate a fraudulent claim, but a valid qualifying completion must receive the stated reward.

Sponsor EONKEYS unlock only the bounded feature use, temporary limit, workflow/template preview or cosmetic named in the EONKEY catalogue. They do not create cash, transferable value, a subscription-equivalent entitlement or an advertiser-click incentive.

Wallet and token boundary

No wallet, token, NFT purchase, or on-chain transfer is active from the current EONAPP product routes. Archived research and historic source files are not a public service offer or an instruction to transact.

Local-first limitations

EONAPP keeps many preferences, vault records, generated assets, receipts, and approval memories in browser storage. Clearing device storage, changing browser profile, losing a vault backup, or switching devices may remove local state unless you kept exportable proof or a future account product explicitly supports recovery.

Optional Google Login

Guest use remains available. Optional Google Login may be used for account access, future verified purchase entitlements, and recovery of that minimal cloud account. It uses only identity scopes and does not grant Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, YouTube, or other Google-service access.

Google Login does not back up or synchronize browser-local Chat, Vault data, projects, files, Realm setup, City progress, provider settings, or encrypted exports. You are responsible for creating and retaining an encrypted backup for local work you cannot lose. A Profile deletion action removes only minimal cloud account/session metadata; it does not delete local data that was never uploaded.

Acceptable use

You must not use EONAPP to abuse payment rails, misrepresent identity, attack third-party systems, evade laws, distribute malware, steal credentials, impersonate people without consent, bypass platform rules, or conduct unlawful financial activity. Operator/admin areas are restricted to approved administrators.

NFT, EONKEYS, and market surfaces

Market generation creates private local previews only after an explicit user action. EONKEYS may unlock selected individual app features after verified referral milestones or verified Sponsor Transmission completions, but have no cash value, transfer, resale, provider-credit value or subscription-equivalent entitlement. No NFT mint, collectible sale, lootbox, token, liquidity, income, trading performance, or appreciation claim is active.

Availability and changes

Features, routes, AI providers, local previews, device support, and experimental renderers may change for security, compliance, cost, or reliability reasons. Beta or experimental features may be removed, degraded, or gated while the product is being hardened.

Support channel

Use the Support Center for technical issues, abuse reports, privacy concerns, and policy cases. Send only safe public proof. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, full API keys, wallet backup files, passwords, full card data, or payment evidence.

Account, subscription and trial

Paid access is personal to the verified account and governed by the server entitlement ledger. One active subscription and one trial reservation are allowed per account. A checkout, plan change, cancellation or reactivation is effective only when the verified Dodo lifecycle and EONAPP billing command ledger confirm it.

Refund, withdrawal and disputes

Cancellation is available through the Dodo customer portal. Refund, withdrawal, duplicate-charge and dispute requests must be opened as a private billing case and are reviewed against applicable law and verified provider records. A support case does not itself reverse a charge or entitlement. Chargeback outcomes may suspend or revoke access when confirmed by Dodo.

User content and intellectual property

You retain rights you already hold in your local prompts, projects, media and source files. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for material you submit to a local or external AI provider, publish or share. EONAPP receives only the limited permission required to operate an explicitly selected hosted function; local-first content is not licensed merely because it exists in the browser.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited for verified non-payment, chargeback, abuse, security risk, unlawful use or material breach. Decisions must use the applicable server authority and review workflow, not editable browser state. Account deletion ends the minimal account/session record but cannot erase device-owned work automatically or override lawful transaction retention.

Liability and service availability

EONAPP is supplied subject to the mandatory rights that apply to the user. Local runtimes, external AI providers, browsers, device storage and third-party payment services can fail or change. No statement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The final limitation, warranty, indemnity, governing-law and venue clauses require the deployed operator and counsel-approved jurisdiction record before paid launch.
