Read the current product boundaries before using EONAPP. This release is local-first and offers optional Dodo Payments subscriptions. It does not offer wallet payment, token transfer, NFT sale, cash referral rewards, provider credits, or browser-only entitlement activation.

Public trust policy
This page follows the current public trust boundary: local-first privacy, Dodo-only hosted checkout, signed server entitlement updates, proof-gated EONKEYS, safe support evidence, no wallet approval, no investment advice, and no profit or result promises.
- Safe evidence: route, timestamp, browser version, device context, and a redacted screenshot where relevant. Billing support may use a redacted Dodo order, customer or subscription reference; never send full payment details.
- Never share secrets: seed phrase, private key, full API key, wallet backup file, password, or full card data.
- Manual review: abuse reports, impersonation concerns, privacy requests, and policy exceptions require human review. Refunds and payment disputes require a matching Dodo record and manual review; browser state is not payment authority.
Core policies
Public trust baseline
EONAPP is a local-first AI workdesk and visual workspace. Optional paid access uses Dodo Payments hosted checkout and server-verified entitlements. Crypto checkout, wallet payments, token transfers, NFT sales, affiliate commissions, cash payouts and provider-credit rewards are not active. AI, Market preview, City, Realm, and Research Lab surfaces are productivity or preview features, not investment, legal, tax, medical, or income-promise services.
Support and dispute boundary
Support can review safe public evidence only. EONAPP will not request seed phrases, private keys, full API keys, wallet backup files, passwords, or full card data. Subscription cases require a matching Dodo record; refunds and disputes are reviewed against processor evidence. Support cannot accept payment, change a plan from browser state, grant EONKEYS, execute wallet/token actions, or recover local secrets.

Refund, withdrawal, cancellation, trial and dispute policy
Cancellation: manage an active subscription through the verified Dodo customer portal. Cancellation affects future renewal according to the provider-confirmed lifecycle state; browser storage cannot cancel or extend access.
Trial: the seven-day trial is offered only when the server billing command ledger confirms that the account has not used a previous trial. Closing an account or clearing browser data does not create a second trial.
Withdrawal and refunds: duplicate-charge, withdrawal, refund and remedy requests are reviewed through a private billing case against the verified Dodo transaction and applicable consumer law. EONAPP does not promise an automatic refund outside a confirmed legal or provider obligation.
Disputes: chargebacks and disputes may revoke access when a signed Dodo event requires it. Opening a support case never changes billing or entitlement state by itself.
Privacy, security and support rights workflow
Use the Trust & Support Center for access, export, correction, restriction, objection, deletion, billing, security, abuse and accessibility cases. Every accepted request receives a private case ID and one-time access token. No raw attachments are accepted.
A case is a review workflow, not automatic authority to delete legally retained billing records, change a subscription, grant an unlock, publish content or execute an external action.
Status and incident communication
The public status page publishes privacy-safe component and incident updates. It never publishes prompts, credentials, private case content or workspace data. An unavailable status service is not treated as an all-clear signal.
Launch limitation
These policies are a launch-safe public baseline, not a substitute for professional legal advice. Before scaling paid traffic, review operating jurisdiction, tax, consumer, payment, crypto, privacy, and platform obligations with qualified counsel.
